Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order up to 10 minutes after placing it; after that, cancellation is no longer possible. After 10 minutes, your order enters the automatic processing pipeline that includes quality checks, packaging, and shipping. For this reason, we cannot accept any cancellations after this period.

IMPORTANT: In some cases, we offer upsells on the thank you page after the order, where you can get an additional discount if you buy another item. With these offers, it is imperative that a previously placed order for the same item cannot be canceled due to the price difference compared to the thank you offer. So if you wish to cancel, we can only cancel the upsell product purchased on the thank you page.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary. We thank you for your patience during these times.

Delivery Methods

We offer several delivery options to fit your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. The delivery methods available may vary depending on your location and the items included in your order.

Prices for Shipping

At Cure Medici, we offer free shipping on all orders outside the EU.

Duration of Delivery

Delivery times are 5-8 business days after the order has been shipped. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs clearance processes or problems with the carrier may affect delivery times.

Changing the address

If you wish to change the delivery address of an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee any changes once an order has been processed for delivery.

Rejected packages and situations where the consumer is not at home

If the consumer refuses to accept the package at the delivery address and/or is not at home at all delivery times, we will charge a restocking fee of 50% of the purchase price. This covers all logistics and return costs of the package to our warehouse.
