Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. You can return the goods to us for a full refund, store credit or exchange. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Return Policy
You have the right to return any product purchased from Cure Medici within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
Initiating a return:

Please include your order number, a detailed reason for the return and any supporting images if applicable.
Return costs:
The customer bears the costs of the return shipment, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product turns out to be defective/wrong (color or size). Please note that delays in delivery due to customs clearance, which are beyond our control, do not constitute a valid reason for a return.
Requests for returns:
Cure Medici operates worldwide, and in some cases we cannot provide a return label for the return shipment. However, you will receive a label with return instructions.
In the event that your package arrives damaged or defective, or contains the wrong color/size, we will cover the cost of the return shipping. You will receive a coupon code to use when you return the item. For all other return reasons not listed above, the customer will cover the cost of the return shipping. We recommend that you return the item in a traceable manner;
Returning orders with issues: damage/wrong color or size
Products that are wrong, defective, or damaged during transit are returnable. The item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on the return process. Please be sure to send the return within 14 days of receiving the return authorization number.
When we receive the returned product, our team will check whether the return is eligible. If the return is eligible, you will receive a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
Request for exchange
An exchange is only possible within the specified return period, usually within 30 days of the delivery date. Please make sure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We only offer exchanges on products of equal value. If the exchanged product is of a different value, the customer must pay the price difference. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
All returns must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and Unwashed: Items must be in their original, untouched condition. We cannot process returns for items that have been used, washed, or altered.
- No Damage: Products must show no signs of wear or damage, unless they were delivered in a damaged state.
- Bundled Orders: Although we do not normally accept partial returns for items in a bundle (items purchased in 2-packs, 3-packs, 4-packs, 5-packs, etc. are also considered bundle sales and are non-refundable if any or all of the items have been opened and/or used), customer satisfaction is our top priority and exceptions may be made depending on the individual circumstances. Hygiene products: Some hygiene products, including but not limited to underwear, bikinis, sleep masks, hair ties, makeup, hair styling products and beauty products, cannot be returned. However, if you have any issues with your intimate purchase, we are happy to work with you to find alternative solutions. We can offer you a price reduction, a refund in the form of a store credit, or an exchange for another item at no additional cost. Special exceptions: In some cases, we may send you a replacement item without requiring you to return the original item. If you are not satisfied with the replacement item, both the original and replacement items must be returned in order for you to be eligible for a refund. Please note that this is a one-time exception and that all further replacements will only be issued after the items have been returned.
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This fee is to cover the costs of processing returns, warehousing and the depreciation of the returned goods.
Conditions for exemption:
Under certain circumstances, the restocking fee may be waived, for example, if
- the item received is defective or damaged upon arrival
The wrong item was shipped and a replacement item is not available.
Exemption requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Processing the exchange
As soon as you receive the item you want to exchange, we will initiate the exchange process. You will receive a new order number and the exchange item will be shipped as soon as we have reviewed and processed your exchange request. Please note that the processing time for an exchange may vary.
Processing refunds
After receiving the returned item(s), we will review them and initiate the refund process. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank's processing time. If applicable, restocking fees may be deducted.
Changes to the return policy:
Cure Medici reserves the right to change or update this return policy at any time. All changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website.
